Recruit an adult to help you. Using a utility or X-ACTO^® knife, cut off the top of a half-gallon milk jug. Tear blue tissue paper into small pieces. Using Mod Podge^®, secure the tissue paper to the milk jug. Let it dry completely. Print this PDF using a laser printer. Using a scissors or X-ACTO^® knife, cut out the shapes. Using Mod Podge^®, secure the designs to each side of the milk jug. Once dry, fill with soil and the plant of your choice.
